Trent Park is set across a 56 acre site within the wider 413 acres of Trent Country Parkland, this collection of traditionally designed 1 & 2 Bed apartments 2,3,4 & 5 bed houses and at the centre of this former royal hunting ground, the original Mansion House will be lovingly restored. The centrepiece of the development is the historic Grade II Listed Mansion House, The Daffodil Lawn, Wisteria Walk, The Lake, Daffodil Lawn and Natural Glades all thoughtfully restored and refined to their former regal pride and glory.

The backstory unveils its legacy and legendary status. On these grounds, Royalty hunted on horseback. In the Mansion House, the highest of society celebrated and in its rooms British Intelligence brought down the enemy. This timepiece legacy is now writing its next chapter. It was used for spying, bugging and eaves dropping. Vital intelligence was gathered on Hitler’s secret weapons programme and the atomic bomb. Set in a natural conservation area, the design and landscape has been carefully considered with connectivity between the expansive woodlands and residential areas. The impact of which has been to heighten the sense of outdoor living and enhance the rich personality of this special place.

The development proposals have been co-created with the local community and stakeholders in a true partnership approach. This has led to a solution that will provide much needed new homes, improved amenity spaces, a museum to remember and honour the past, community space and importantly a place that everyone can enjoy. Designed & master planned by Purcell Heritage Architects, taking their cue from traditional architecture, contemporary houses and apartments have been carefully designed & constructed in traditional materials. All properties built in brick and use of traditional features applied across all elevations. These features include projecting brick quoins, semi-circular & segments arches, plinth detailing and hit & miss brickwork amongst other traditional features, blend these new & refurbished properties into a perfect placemaking environment.

The development has been co-created with the local community and stakeholders in a true partnership approach. This has led to a solution that will provide much needed new homes, improved amenity spaces, a museum to remember and honour the past, community space and importantly a place that everyone can enjoy. Residents become members of The Lawn Club, which includes an Open Air Swimming Pool, Equipped Gymnasium, Open Air Tennis Courts along with acres of beautifully maintained gardens.

As part of Berkeley's vision and commitment to nature & to build a sustainable environment, they have planted 433 new Trees across the development, 150,000 Daffodil Bulb in the historic Daffodil Lawns, installed 60 Bat & Bird Boxes to encourage wildlife, committed to take action to help prevent Hedgehog numbers dropping further by working with a number of wildlife rescue centres have volunteered the homes as a safe place to reintroduce healthy and rehabilitated Hedgehogs back into the wild. A 40% reduction on CO2 has also been achieved in the design of the new build properties.
