The Individual Housing Development category welcomes myriad design and build styles each year, from arts-and-crafts-inspired rural properties to contemporary urban in-fill projects.
Single residential dwellings of any style may be entered into this category.
Projects must have been completed within the last two years, and substantially use BDA-member bricks.
This year the Individual Housing Development category is sponsored by Northcot Brick.
