The Individual House Award is for the best examples of a one-off houses and celebrates excellence and innovation in home design. This category welcomes a wide range of design and build styles each year, from arts-and-crafts-inspired rural properties to contemporary urban in-fill projects. Single residential dwellings of any style may be entered into this category.
Projects must be fully accessible and habitable.
Projects must have been completed within the last two years, and substantially use BDA-member bricks.
