Spearheaded by McIver Homes and brought to life by a collaborative effort from xsite architecture, s h e d engineers, and ONE Environments, this development breathes new life into a former timber yard. Ibstock, renowned for its quality bricks, played a pivotal role in realising the vision for this project.
The Ouseburn Quays development transforms a 0.26ha site into a vibrant community hub, featuring 51 apartments, two small business units, and a picturesque landscape courtyard.
