About the project
Croudace Homes is a private house builder operating throughout the southeast of England. In 2018 they built 470 new homes ranging from affordable starter apartments through to town houses and luxury family homes. The Company’s primary objective is to produce high quality homes backed up with first class customer service. They currently hold their seventh consecutive 5 Star Award in the HBF/NHBC Customer Satisfaction Survey: 94.4% of its customers would recommend the company to a friend and; quality is rated at 90.6%. Croudace has held a British Safety Council International Safety Award for a record 38 consecutive years. The Company currently employs 296 staff and delivers structured training programmes at professional, technical and trade level. Croudace is also commited of a minimum of 5% of the workforce comprising graduates and apprentices on formalised training schemes but, far exceed this target with a quota of 12%.
