Aldgate Place


is a cluster of tall and lower rise buildings on a very constrained inner city site. It is a high density regeneration project that is a joint venture between Barratt London and British Land. The scheme delivers 463 residential units in three towers of 21, 24 and 25 storeys. Conceived as a new urban neighbourhood, Aldgate Place also incorporates a 4 star hotel (a fourth building) office and commercial space as well as generous new public realm.

Garden Halls


Commissioned by University Partnership Programme is a redevelopment of the University of London’s Garden Halls, which form one side of Cartwright Gardens - one of Bloomsbury’s many Georgian garden squares. The wholesale redevelopment replaces the outdated 1930s and 1950s buildings and increases net accommodation with approximately 1,200 student rooms.

Dujardin Mews


is the first council-led social housing delivered by Enfield in 40 years. It forms the first phase of the wider regeneration of Ponders End and replacement homes for the neighbouring Alma Estate.

London City Island


is a new, residential led mixed-use community on the Leamouth peninsula. Phase one has been delivered and phase two is currently being developed. When complete, London City Island will comprise thirteen buildings in total, including 1706 residential units, new facilities for The London Film School and the new headquarters of English National Ballet.

Powis Place Student Accomodation


The six-storey building accommodates nearly 200 students in a mixture of en-suite rooms in shared apartments and a selection of single studios. The sculptural massing of the design features a sheltered forecourt addressed by glazed common room and reception areas. Beneath the internal courtyard garden parking spaces for 70 bicycles and 20 cars are provided.

Rathbone Market Phase 3


1-23 Maud Street is the third phase of the Rathbone Market development in London’s Canning Town, providing 216 new homes. The project is for English Cities Fund, a partnership committed to the delivery of high quality regeneration schemes, with lasting community benefits and environmental improvement.

South Gardens


is the first phase of Elephant Park, Lendlease’s major regeneration project in Elephant and Castle that sits on the site of the former Heygate Estate. The demolition of the former estate was completed at the end of 2014, which allowed construction to commence on South Gardens in 2015 enabling the delivery of 360 new homes.

Swirles Court


is one of the first schemes completed as part of the University of Cambridge's North West Cambridge Development (NWCD), now known as Eddington. This urban edge development will establish a new community of over 8500 people. Swirles Court delivers 325 post-graduate rooms and associated communal facilities for Girton College.

Timekeepers Square


Located within the Adelphi/Bexley Square conservation area in Salford, Timekeepers Square is a development of 36 two, three and four bed townhouses adjacent to the Grade II listed St Phillips church; and the Georgian square which it fronts.
