Abingdon School - Yang Science Centre

The distinct new facility is situated at the northern edge of the School's campus and forms a key gateway into the School's grounds. It contains 21 laboratories together with offices and support spaces arranged over three levels. The provision for a lecture theatre, to be added at a future date, has also been included. Donhead Preparatory School

An update of and extension to this school in Wimbledon incorporates four new classrooms, a 150 seat auditorium, a double height art room and a 50 seat chapel. Moreland Primary School

Following extensive stakeholder consultation, Islington Council decided to redevelop Moreland School within a slightly smaller site. A new school built on less land provided an opportunity for the Council to redevelop part of the site to deliver new housing within the Borough. Within the new school site boundary the school building is now large enough to accommodate a 2 FE intake (420 pupils in total), 56 place nursery and a children’s centre.

Sheffield Hallam University

The design concept uses the palimpsest of an historic lane as an urban design driver for the atrium space. The route itself functions as a showcase and social heart space for the building. Two flexible teaching blocks are positioned either side of the lane and at the base the scheme opens out, showcasing the educational and social facilities within.

The Music Box

is a cubed shaped campus for the London College of Creative Media (LCCM). Adopting the proportions of the 'Golden Section', the building is in two parts but it is the erosion of this cubic form that defines the building, while creating a longitudinal distinction between the music college and the residential apartments above.
